I am writing to endorse the real estate team of Leslie K. Mills and Debra E. Smith. I recently worked with Leslie and Debra in the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of my previous home. Both transactions were handled with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and expediency.
The purchase of my new home was not a trivial transaction in that the sellers were living outside the US and the property itself required a lot of attention. As I learned, a 7,400 sq. ft. home on an acre of land brings with it a unique set of issues and Leslie and Debra helped me to manage those issues without missing a step. They are incredibly well networked and there was not a trade that the didn’t have covered when it came to inspections, repairs and improvements.
I feel as though Leslie and Debra went above and beyond what was required of them by keeping the tradesman, sellers, and myself on track and informed every step of the way. The amount of work that was accomplished in just over a month would have taken 4+ months if it weren’t for their leadership and expertise.
Leslie and Debra also orchestrated the sale of my previous home. Come offer day, I had 7 offers all of which were over asking price. The speed in which that transaction took place was due to their expert marketing strategy, knowledge of the market, and organization. Leslie and Debra take the stress out of buying or selling a home and help to make it the enjoyable experience it should be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leslie and Debra to friends or family. They are simply the best Realtors I have every worked with.
