It was a full house at the Real Estate Marketing Association’s (RMA) Christmas Party held December 12, 2013 at 8:30am. Today, the meeting took on a unique format and focused on giving to charities like Toys for Tots, thanking past & current contributors and recognizing outstanding professionals in the real estate industry.
The San Ramon Valley High School choir started off the fun by serenading the room of Realtors and affiliates with holiday carols. After their musical selection, a very successful auction that earned over $1200 in funds was put on for items such as a one-of-a-kind painted picture, Christmas wreath, a fishing trip, and even a day of service with a sergeant from the Marine Corp!
The Real Estate Marketing Association made it a point to honor industry leaders in the presence of their peers by handing out various awards during the holiday festivities. Awards where given for Realtor of the Year, Affiliate of the Year, Induction into the Hall of Fame, and the 2013 Acknowledgement of Community Service Award. Award recipients included:
2013 Acknowledgement of Community Service- Glenna Nickerson
