Kevin’s refined negotiations skills, keen business sense, and strong sales background are huge assets to the The Cox Team. Kevin attended Chico State University where he received a degree in Psychology. After graduating, he moved to San Diego and became a successful sales representative for a large corporation. Although Kevin enjoyed San Diego, his love for Northern California drew him back home to the East Bay where he began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 1998.
Kevin primarily specializes in the areas of Blackhawk, Danville, Diablo, Dublin, Alamo, Pleasanton, San Ramon and Walnut Creek. With strong insight of the real estate market and a rich understanding of the San Ramon Valley, Kevin is an excellent source for real instate information.
Clients are drawn to Kevin’s attentiveness and great listening skills. He does whatever is necessary to alleviate his client’s stress, and goes the extra mile to make their move as comfortable as possible. Kevin is a vital member of The Cox Team with a number of successful transactions representing both buyers and sellers.
Growing up in Danville, Kevin spent his youth playing Pop-Warner Football and Little League Baseball. He was a member of the Danville Little League All-Star Team in 1980 and 1981. To this day, Kevin stays involved in various facets of life in the San Ramon Valley.
Kevin and his wife, Erin, currently reside in Danville with their two children Casey & Kylie. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and participating in a number of activities including softball, golf and kickboxing.
