This dynamic duo formed nearly 7 years ago, and have been making their mark in the East Bay housing market ever since. Their shared interest in helping homeowners during trying times continues to fuel their passion for real estate.
Jon and Holly are used to handling heavy loads, and have managed 100 properties all at once. They bring a wealth of knowledge to the luxury Lamorinda and Walnut Creek markets— yet their true strengths are the genuine authentic relationships they have developed over time.
The kind and patient encouragement of Jon and Holly gives families the confidence needed to start new chapters and let go of the “old space” they once called home. Interested in developing long-term relationships, both Jon and Holly are known for their authentic, family friendly approach. Their family first style is an integral part of their business. Jon is a native to the Lamorinda area. He grew up in Moraga and raised his children in Walnut Creek– affording him a first-hand, experiential knowledge of the local housing market. Holly migrated from the Lake Tahoe area nearly 20 years ago and today enjoys a rich understanding of the Lamorinda neighborhoods and schools.
Both Jon and Holly are passionate about giving back to their community, a philosophy that weaves into their professional and personal lives. For the past 25 years Jon has worked with The Taylor Family Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for children in Northern California living with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities and at-risk youth through therapeutic experiences and support. They use their real estate expertise to benefit Habitat for Humanity by providing free market analysis and forecasts for the organization’s prospective purchases. He and Holly are happy to contribute to the local community and families facing tough times in simple yet effective ways.
