Entering the Real Estate Industry in 1989 Dena Hospodka’s real estate background comes from Contra Costa County, CA. Managing 150 top producers for RE/MAX Eastbay Group in Walnut Creek, CA she assisted in developing their Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda and Concord offices in becoming the number one organization in Contra Costa County. In 1995 RE/MAX Eastbay Group became Realty Executives of Northern CA which gave the company the ability to become the Northern CA region and open multiple offices throughout Northern CA. Growing Realty Executives to 43 offices, Dena felt it was time to open her own franchise. From 2000-2008 Dena owned and operated her own Realty Executives office taking over 25 percent of her market the first year. With the growth of her office and her contributions to the region and her community, Dena had the pleasure of receiving “Owner of the Year” for all of Northern CA. After closing her Franchise in 2008, Dena moved her Business over to Blackhawk and Danville and tackled the Luxury Market quickly building her business up to $50 million dollars in inventory. She enjoys a clientele of not only local clients but clients all over the world.
