Danville Realtor Valerie Vicente recently received a positive testimonial from the Goradia family for the purchase of their new home in San Ramon, CA. The Goradia family was interviewed by Darrel Carr, an account executive from Cornerstone title company. During the interview, the Goradia family explained why their correspondence with Vicente was so enjoyable, and how she expertly assisted them during the housing process. See below for the entire interview, and check out the video for more information:
Darrel Carr: Hi, my name is Darrel Carr, account executive for Cornerstone Title company. Congratulations on the purchase of your new home!
Mr. & Mrs. Goradia: Thank you!
Carr: I’d like to ask you a few questions regarding your experience working with Valerie Vicente with Coldwell Banker in Danville. How did you choose Valerie to be your real estate agent?
Mr. Goradia: So– I was relocated from my company and they recommended Coldwell Banker. So I ended up calling the office and she was assigned to my case. So that is how we ended up connecting with her.
Carr: Ok, so it was relocation that you were able to meet her. And were you surprised? And when you first got introduced to her were you happy?
Mr. Goradia: Yeah! So I was traveling back and forth from the East Coast. And it just so happened that one of the weeks– the moment I got her name– I was here. So I called her up late in the evening and she was right here at the office. And she said “hey, stop on by!” So we ended up meeting after hours. She was the only one I think in the office, and it was a great first meeting, and I was very comfortable talking to her. She was very open and jolly in her appearance. So we clicked and I felt good that she was going to be able to help us find a good home.
Carr: How has the buying process been throughout this transaction?
Mr. Goradia: It’s been very good. Valerie has been very helpful ,very friendly, very lovely person to work with. And she made so many trips with my wife.
Mrs. Goradia: Whenever we call her she was available. We want to see any house we like– she was available for us. Anytime –answering our emails, phones, texts, everything! So its been very good.
Mr. Goradia: Very often we used to end up calling her late in the night or texting her and there was always a reply or she would always be there on the other side of the phone.
Carr: What do you think was her biggest strength throughout the entire transaction?
Mr. Goradia: I would say her attention to details. In the properties that we visited, and she would meticulously guide us through the different steps on what to look for, what not to look for. And as we used to make bids for some of the homes– some of them we lost– but she would help us through that process and make sure we were doing the right thing.
Mrs. Goradia: I think it was because of her experience and her knowledge in the real estate business–I think.
Mr. Goradia: I think those were her key strengths also.
Carr: Thank you! Last question. Would you refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home?
Mrs. Goradia: Most definitely!
Mr. Goradia: Yeah– absolutely!
Mrs. Goradia: We had a very nice experience with her, and we would definitely refer her.
Carr: Well congratulations!
Mrs. Goradia: Thank you!
Mr Goradia: Thanks!
