DANVILLE- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the Bay Area’s leading provider of real estate services, announced today that two of its Danville agents have been elected to leadership positions for the Real Estate Marketing Association(RMA) in Contra Costa County.
Valerie Vicente was elected vice president of the RMA and Jane Macken was elected treasurer. The RMA is an organization composed of real estate agents and affiliates meeting weekly to showcase listings and to network with professionals working in the real estate industry. In addition to networking activities, the RMA is very active in supporting local community events and raises funds for many local charitable causes.
Vicente is a Bay Area native who has lived in the San Ramon Valley for the past 20 years. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley and earned her MBA degree from St. Mary’s College in Moraga.
Macken holds a masters degree from John F. Kennedy University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. She has served on the faculty of John F. Kennedy University and is a published author of “The Art of Managing…How to Build a Better Workplace and Relationships.”
