Contra Costa Association of Realtors’s(CCAR) 2014 Crab feed, “Crustacean Sensation,” was another rousing success! Not only did everyone have a good time, they managed to fundraise for CCAR’s Helping Hands charity and the CCAR Scholarship Foundation. Guests dined on fresh crab and enjoyed wine and beer supplied by two sponsors, WJ Bradley Mortgage and Wallick and Volk Mortgage. Dessert was supplied by Stearns Lending while the sensational dance band “ Open Road ” was sponsored by both Castle Rock Inspections and Platinum Home Mortgage. The rocking event was produced by CCAR’s Special Events Committee.
The only thing lacking was more space! The CCAR Crab Feed sells out quickly every year, leaving long waiting lists of crustacean lovers. Next year, the hope is to move to a larger facility for even more Crustacean Sensation—stay tuned!
