Last week I put three different buyers into contract. Two single story homes in Danville and one townhouse in San Ramon. Luckily, my two Danville buyers didn’t have any competition and were able to get their offer accepted without much resistance. My San Ramon buyer brought a strong offer and was victorious over two other buyers!
With low housing inventory, some people have gotten discouraged to make offers because of possible multiple offer situations. Though the current market is still hot, the competition is not as strong as it was a few months back. So your chances of getting your dream home are looking up!

Shiloh grew up in San Diego County. He attended UCLA and earned a degree in business economics. After graduating, Shiloh pursued a call to youth ministry. In 1998 he moved to the Peninsula and served as High School/Junior High Director for Western Hills Church in San Mateo. When he completed his assignment, Shiloh and his wife moved to the East Bay where they purchased their first home in Dublin.
Shiloh enjoys spending time with his children, volleyball, running, snowboarding, riding waves and working on his car. Above all, Shiloh enjoys spending time with his college sweetheart and wife, Wendy. They currently reside in Danville with their son, Elijah & daughters Lydia & Jordis.
