Since 1979, Mary Ann Schultz has enjoyed a prosperous career in real estate. With over $1 billion dollars in sales, she demonstrates a steadfast commitment to success and customer satisfaction. She specializes in the areas of Alamo, Blackhawk, Danville and San Ramon, and continues to experience success as a top producing Realtor.
Mary Ann grew up in the suburbs of Canton, Ohio where she attended college. She received a Bachelor of Science in Education and taught elementary school for 3 years in Columbus, Ohio. In 1972 Mary Ann relocated to California to work in management at Pacific Telephone Company for 8 years. While working there, she met and married her husband Tim Schultz, Vice President and Financial Advisor of Morgan Stanley.
Both Mary and Tim admired the newly developing Blackhawk Country Club community and decided to make a change. In 1979 they moved from Marin County to Blackhawk, which would mark the beginning of Mary’s real estate career.
Her love for the Blackhawk community and her customers, motivated her to become a founding partner of the Blackhawk Real Estate company. Since then Mary Ann and Tim have owned 7 properties within Blackhawk, where she continues to practice her “dream job” as Blackhawk’s top producing Realtor.
A member of the NAR, CAR and the CCAR, Mary Ann has used her extensive knowledge to represent numerous clients in multiple purchases and sales. She is happy to serve her customers in any way possible and gladly exclaims,”as my clients’ needs change, I am there to help them. My clients are very important to me. I listen to what they need, and do everything in my power to meet those needs. My goal is to help my clients again and again, as well as their friends and relatives.”
