An award winning Realtor, David Kelsey has distinguished himself as a top producer in the Silicon Valley for many years. He is only within the 2nd quarter of 2014, and has already made over $50,000,000 in sales. David’s high level of production has led to professional accolades, including the International President’s Elite Award, and recognition as a “Super Agent” according to the Los Angeles Magazine.
David’s upbringing is rooted in the Peninsula, which affords him a strong, experiential knowledge of the Silicon Valley real estate market. A third generation Bay Area native, David has benefited from great local schools including Las Lomitas Elementary and Menlo-Atherton High School. His strong educational foundation would culminate at University of California at Berkeley where he received a bachelor’s degree in international economics.
After college, David moved to Southern California and pursued a lucrative acting career for many years before transitioning into real estate. David began his real estate career as a mortgage broker in 1998, and would join Coldwell Banker two years later. Today David is a Prestigio Estate Property Specialist, Architectural Specialist and Certified Negotiator. He is also a saught-after real estate coach and consultant ,who is hired by other real estate professionals to help enhance their business. David has lectured at many real estate offices throughout California, and is proud to be a member of various real estate organizations including:
