We held two successful open houses over the weekend. A couple came to our open house at Marsh drive, and we performed a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for them. Now we are going to list their property in the next few weeks.
We met another couple at the Norris Ct. open house and are currently serving exclusively as their buyer’s agent.
