Most families with children facing life threatening illnesses put all of their financial resources toward treatment and associated travel. These children are in constant critical care and struggle to afford necessities such as food, clothing and gas. Due to significant need for these items, we are asking for small gift card donations to help provide some of these necessities.

About the Taylor Family Foundation Mission:
The Taylor Family Foundation’s Mission is to preserve the wellness and enhance the quality of life for children in Northern California living with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities and youth at-risk through unique therapeutic experiences and support.
For Jon Wood and Holly Sibley, quality counts. While the down-to-earth pair has had their share of success, selling over 400 homes since 2005, their compassionate approach better defines their business
philosophy.
“For us, being Realtors has come to mean helping people with transition,” says Jon.
Having been in the industry for 10 years, their background comes with tenured knowledge on everything from home foreclosures to luxury listings. The two partnered nearly 7 years ago due to their common interest in helping homeowners through difficult times.
Accustomed to managing up to 100 properties at once, Jon and Holly transitioned out of foreclosures, bringing their vast knowledge and personalized approach to Lamorinda and Walnut Creek sellers. Yet, their core strengths spawn from building authentic relationships, and helping families start new chapters by letting go of the space they once called home.
Genuinely invested in building long-term relationships, both Jon and Holly are known for their ongoing patience and compassion. Their family-friendly style is an integral part of their business. The team first gets to know the clients’ lifestyle and the specifics that matter most to everyone
involved.
Native to Lamorinda, Jon grew up in Moraga and raised his children in Walnut Creek, affording him with a detailed scope of the local market. His partner, Holly moved from the Lake Tahoe area nearly 20 years ago, acquiring experiential knowledge of neighborhoods and schools while raising her children in Lafayette.
That philosophy also weaves into their personal lives, playing an important role in how they connect with the community. For the past 25 years Jon has worked with The Taylor Family Foundation, an organization who’s mission is to enhance the quality of life for children in Northern California living with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities and at-risk youth through therapeutic experiences and support.
He and Holly regularly contribute in simple, effective ways to help these
families facing tough times. The two also use their real estate expertise to help Habitat for Humanity by providing free market analysis
and forecasts for the organization’s prospective purchases.
