Every third Thursday of each month Coldwell Banker Select Real Estate presents ” Third Thursday.” This month a professional photographer will be provided by Stanford Mortgage that is onsite to capture new headshots for any professional in the real estate industry. You will receive your photos on the spot. Stay for a bit and enjoy the hosted wine and hors d’oeuvres at Nevada’s most elite real estate networking event.
Luxury homes need to be set apart from other properties. Each luxury home requires its own marketing plan because finding qualified buyers is competitive.
My purpose as a Luxury Home Coordinator is to assist agents in implementing their marketing plan and to help them make sure high-end properties are marketed expertly.
As a part of your agents team, I will make sure that nothing falls through the cracks when it comes to marketing your home and I will do it all in a timely manner so that you are able to start capturing buyers as soon as possible!
I have been in the real estate industry since 2003 and became licensed shortly after. I spent several years learning and growing on a team of Realtors that specialized in selling and listing high-end properties. So I am very familiar with what it takes to promote high caliber homes.
I love working with people and enjoy the satisfaction of helping both sellers and agents meet their goal of getting a property sold. I feel that I bring strategic insight and the kind of creative flair that is needed to highlight the uniqueness of luxury homes and to pique the interest of the right buyers.
