These days, communication channels are fragmented. There is no “magic bullet” to reach all potential buyers and sellers. You have to reach different prospects through different channels.
Direct mail marketing, social media, blogging, search engine optimization–I have to use them all in order to communicate effectively with my community as a Realtor.
It takes a multi-channel, multi-media marketing approach to communicate and offer my clients the service they deserve.
Even though some buyers start their home search online, many are unclear about what they want or need in a house. Very often, buyers end up purchasing a home that is different from what they initially desired. In other words, I may have the perfect home listed for sale on the market, yet there’s no guarantee it’s actually appearing in their search results.
That’s why I take a more proactive, direct and multi-media approach to my marketing.
I’m being hired to introduce my clients’ homes to as many prospective buyers as possible, so I
am going to use every tool at my disposal to do that!
