In today’s real estate market single family homes are hotter than ever before! Well maintained, clean properties from $700k to $1 million are in high demand. Recently, one property received 14 offers, another had 8, and I am constantly running into multiple offer situations for single family homes under a million in the San Ramon Valley.
I just sold a listing in San Ramon and helped this seller get in contract for a purchase in Danville. We only had a short amount of time as they had a 30 day rent back, so we needed to find something fast! To put them in the best position for success, they were not just pre-approved, but instead were fully approved with their lender. By taking this extra step, their offer was able to close quickly which made it more attractive to the seller. Situations like these are always arising in today’s real estate market, so as a Realtor you have to strike first and strike fast to get ahead!
