Recently Qazzoo.com released a customer survey revealing that real estate professionals create more concern about the housing market than the economy. I am continuously surprised at the amount of business some lose because of one simple act — no follow-up! This easy yet undervalued action is imperative to new and repeat business. For those of you who are reading this, how many of you have earned business simply by responding? I can almost see the heads shaking!
I try to distinguish myself by making a conscious effort to respond to both home mortgage inquiries and various financial questions people may have. What I have learned– LISTEN, DON’T JUST HEAR! There is more art than science to what we do.
