Five Star Professional is an independent agency that conducts an annual survey to rate individuals in service fields like real estate. Real estate agents undergo a thorough regulatory review that is centered around “customer satisfaction.” Anonymous interviews are conducted online, on the telephone, and Realtors do not pay fees to be apart of this survey. To ensure a fair selection process, real estate agents are not made aware of when the interviews take place.
Only the best real estate agents make it through the intensive selection process, and such a professional designation is a strong indication of the quality and ethical service they provide.
