“When it comes to our services I think a little bit of differentiation goes a long way,” says John. Having studied architecture, while earning his business degree, John carries a natural passion for the industry, which consistently benefits his clientele. After designing three personal properties and consulting for local developers, John decided to enhance his listing services with an architectural element.
“In tandem with our architectural partner, we actually look at [a listing’s] site plans and see how much expansion potential there is for potential buyers,” says John. “Then, we present proposed floor plans, showing how they could potentially expand on the home.” Committed to his client’s success, John believes going the extra mile makes a difference when it comes to attaining top-dollar prices. Whether it’s attracting international buyers via pre-MLS marketing, or implementing his tried and true print-digital strategy, John has a specific formula for his listing clientele.
“Our team does all this marketing for the seller, and it’s not to benefit us, but to benefit their property,” he says. “Because the more eyes you touch, the more realtors you reach, and the more buyers you’ll hit. Thus the more competition you’ll create, and the more offers you’ll have.”On top of his services, John also comes with an impressive team of three buyer’s agents, one of whom speaks Mandarin, garnering a diverse range of prospective buyers. “While I do have a strong team, my clients still get personal service from me. I don’t just hand it off to the team, but rather I have a team that backs me, while I’m out selling the property,” he says. When he’s not touring homes John enjoys spending time with family. Married to his high school sweetheart, Denise, the pair have two daughters ages 13, and 11. Known for his round the clock service, John savors family dinners, and out of the area getaways to destinations like Hawaii, where he can truly unwind.
