As the managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Danville, she continues to provide stellar training, coaching and mentoring to the Danville office. Evelyn is a certified Brian Buffini mentor that takes seriously the professional development of each practicing Realtor.
Evelyn has the reputation of being a successful leader wherever she goes. A past president of the Oakland Association of Realtors, she successfully pioneered community outreach campaigns and left a legacy of excellence that is unmatched in it’s century old history. Under Evelyn’s leadership this association, comprised of 900 registered members, raised $53,000 for the Oral Lee Brown Foundation by donating a percentage of their commission. This local nonprofit organization is dedicated to the improvement of continued education for inner-city youth. The fundraising campaign for Oral Lee Brown Foundation continues today and each year thousands of dollars are donated to assist at risk children in Oakland, CA.
Currently, Evelyn is involved in the Contra Costa Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Real Estate Marketing Association and the Danville Rotary. Evelyn was president of the Women’s Council of Realtors in 2012 and currently serves on the Board of Directors as past president. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the Real Estate Marketing Association, having been named Realtor of the Year by that group in 2011 and inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2014.
As a UC Berkeley graduate both Evelyn and her husband, Oakland Attorney Gregory Walker, are proud lifetime CAL alumni’s with two adult sons. In her spare time Evelyn enjoys reading and is one of the founding members of her local book club. Welcome Evelyn Walker to HomeFolio Media!
