“We’re in a strong market, but you still have to do the right things to ensure you get the most for your home. I provide a comprehensive approach in preparing a home to make sure it shows at its best in a timely and cost effective manner,” says Greg. “I also use my negotiation skills and marketing expertise to put sellers in a position where they get more than they even dreamed of.”
Prior to his real estate career, Greg spent 15 years in high tech and healthcare sales, which has proven especially effective when it comes to working with clients in this area and negotiating on their behalf. “The benefit of having sales experience in a corporate environment is you learn the essentials of working with people and having a plan of action to achieve their goals. I was also in sales management, so I have a good perspective from a team approach as well.”
Greg’s business primarily derives from referrals, which hints at how often his steadfast preparation and attention to detail benefit his clientele. Known for providing thorough feedback, Greg helps his clients think ahead to ensure the move is a good long-term fit.

When it comes to preparing his listings, Greg has a knack for presenting exceptional properties that maximize the sale price. “I recently sold a home for a client who hadn’t done anything to the property in over 30 years. I put together a plan for a cosmetic upgrade. In the end, we received 14 offers and the home sold for almost $400,000 over asking! My clients were not only amazed at how the home looked, but the price they received.”
Passionate about contributing to his community, Greg values helping families attain a better quality of life in a region he’s confident they’ll enjoy. “I love this area. Having grown up here, I think it has so much to offer. I not only love the diversity of the people and opportunities, but also the access to the ocean, lakes, mountains, San Francisco and the Napa Valley,” says Greg. “I always feel good about finding a home for someone here,because I know they’re going to love it too.”
Originally from San Mateo, Greg has raised his family in San Carlos. He is the proud father of two children, Katherine and Grant, both of whom attend St. Francis High School and has been married to his wife Julie for 20 years. Greg and his family are also regular volunteers and supporters of St. Charles School and Church, InnVision Shelter Network, and Menlo Park’s There With Care, an organization that provides fundamental assistance to families with children facing critical illnesses. When he’s not aiding clientele or his local community, Greg spends his free time waterskiing, snow skiing, hiking and cheering on the Giants at AT&T Park.
