Ken and Bonnie Walter look ecstatic as they pour Dom Perignon champagne in their open concept kitchen. But the champagne isn’t responsible for their ear to ear grin, it’s the fact that they are hosting in their brand new Tahoe Donner Dream Home!
The Walters contacted me about touring houses at a time when the market was extremely active. We searched relentlessly for the perfect find, and after seeing 14 properties, they decided on their dream home! This house was only on the market for 2 days, so they were lucky enough to swoop it up before anyone else could. Their strong offer made all the difference in satisfying the seller and securing the home. Now, they couldn’t be any more satisfied with the end result!

They were so excited about their new home and devoted their entire weekend to getting prepared. The Walters came up to Lake Tahoe and had a blast exploring the town, running in and out of boutiques, visiting furnitures stores and the like.
To culminate this happy occasion, we had an elegant celebration dinner at the Ritz Carlton last Friday night, and this will be the beginning of many entertaining endeavors for the Walters.
