Luxury Realtor Jim Walberg from Pacific Union Christie’s International discusses core values that define the successful Bay Area Team. Walberg works along with his wife Anne Marie Nugent, and their slogan “local knowledge, global reach” indicates the local and global influence their real estate practice maintains.

Local Knowledge

Having been integrated in the Danville community for over 40 years, Walberg enjoys a deep understanding of Danville, CA and surrounding areas in the San Francisco Bay Area. When listing a home, Walberg’s main goal is to get as many “eyeballs” as possible on the property and he successfully does this by partnering with his international connections to offer maximum exposure. International Exposure

Walberg and The Bay Area team has also partnered with international organizations to stay connected to the global market and abreast on international housing trends. In every city that they visit around the world, they seek out the top real estate brokerage and meet with them for lunch and dinner. The Bay Area team maintains relationships with these international brokerages by meeting them in person for lunch or dinner, and connecting with them each time they travel overseas. The professional overseas relationships have developed into long-standing friendships that continue to keep the Bay Area Team thriving and vibrant.

He is currently co-listing a flat in Paris that one of his East Bay Clients has had since 1992 and they want him to sell it. He has partnered up with Richard Bellanger from Haussmann Prestige Properties in Paris, France and they are co-listing this flat in Paris.
