When real estate agent Glenn Beaubelle began his career over 35 years ago, he had not pictured himself leading a group of hard-working agents whose careers together span almost a 100 years of service.
As a former President and CEO of his own company, Beaubelle and Associates, and now as one of Coldwell Banker’s top performers, Glenn has earned the solid reputation of being an honest, hardworking, loyal, and committed real estate agent and broker. Consistently performing in the top 1% of agents in Contra Costa and Alameda counties as well as Northern California, Glenn was named one of the top Mega Brokers in California and the #1 Coldwell Banker agent for sales production for eight consecutive years. Glenn is also certified in the sale of estate properties by Coldwell Banker’s Previews Program.
For 16 years, Glenn has remained an integral part of his group at Coldwell Banker, being readily available to give advice or assistance to his coworkers, clients or agents from other offices. As one of the top-producing agents whose focus is Lamorinda, Glenn identifies customer service, setting reasonable expectations and doing his best to exceed them, and consistent follow up with his success in the industry. “Providing an open line of communication is essential in real estate,” Glenn states. “My job is to educate my clients through each and every part of the transaction.”
Seconding that opinion is Glenn’s wife and business partner, Kellie Beaubelle. “Glenn is very thorough as an agent, taking time to explain in great detail every aspect of the process. He is level-headed, progressive in the transaction, and wants both parties to feel good about the experience.”
Kellie adds her own expertise to the Glenn Beaubelle group, having over 20 years of experience as an agent herself. Kellie’s specialty is marketing the properties and using her passion for design to create picture-perfect homes that sell more quickly, resulting in satisfied clients. From staging to remodeling entire homes, Kellie holds her clients’ hands through the entire process. Her eye for design and vast contacts with stagers, contractors, landscapers, and architects allow Kellie to market homes that are economically but tastefully done. “I work with my clients to develop a budget and help them feel they are part of the process of redesigning their home. I can see a bigger vision that may not be my client’s taste, but it is what is best for the market.”
Finola Fellner is the group’s veteran agent, working with Glenn for more than a decade. “Our strategy is to collaborate as a team to support each other and position ourselves in the best interest of the client.” Nancy Striker has raised her children in the area and finds that her clients appreciate her familiarity with the neighborhoods, schools, and commute. “I work here, live here, and play here,” Nancy says, “and believe in prompt follow up and attention to detail.”
Lynn Molloy brings her knowledge in technology to the group, and believes being responsive, patient, and hardworking is the key to the team’s success. “I love the group aspect,” comments Lynn. “We all contribute a different facet which makes us complete.” Locally born and raised, Glenn and his team are all Lamorinda residents who contribute heavily to the community. Between volunteering at the schools and donating to local charities, the group is well-known for its community support. “We sell houses which make dreams come true,” says Glenn, “and we sell communities that go along with that lifestyle.”
Aside from real estate, Glenn and Kellie love to spend time with their 13 year-old son, Miles, and their dog, Pepper. “We love to be together as a family,” Glenn and Kellie smile, “whether it’s watching our son play football or basketball or going to the beach.”
