Talented and tireless–these are two words often attributed to AG Realty’s founder and broker, Alex Gailas. Having lived in Orinda since 1982, the entrepreneur-minded Realtor has established a sound reputation, while retaining deep roots in the community.

Before entering the real estate industry in 1999 Alex ran a number of successful restaurants in the area, helping him form strong relationships in the Lamorinda community. After opening his own brokerage in 2001, AG Realty quickly became one of the most reputable boutique companies in the area, serving clients from Contra Costa to Alameda and San Francisco counties.

“I’ve negotiated many transactions as a Realtor and in my previous enterprises. I’m able to understand the buyer’s language. I always find the weak and strong points of buyers and sellers and use those to better position my client,” says Alex.
